Furniture Packages

Our customisable turnkey packages offer a straightforward and hassle-free solution to furnishing your rental property. We tailor our packages to your budget, property, and target market to achieve the most desirable and cost-effective design – balancing style with durability. 

 

The starting costs for a package are £2,700 + VAT for a one bedroom flat, and £3,300 + VAT for a two bedroom flat.

 

The Timeline

1) You provide us with a floor plan and/or images of the property, and we turn around an estimate for you within 24 hours (a site visit at a later point is usually required)

2) We can adjust the package until you are happy

3) Once you have signed-off on the project, we will install your furniture within 10 days
